Questions and answers

What serious buyers usually need to know.

What does APIDA actually do?Answer

APIDA tests how selected AI systems interpret an established business, verifies the capabilities and evidence behind three or four priority offerings, corrects the agreed website pages and profiles, then repeats the original buying questions to measure what changed.

How is APIDA different from AI SEO, AEO and GEO?Answer

AI SEO, AEO and GEO often focus on content, citations and answer visibility. APIDA starts inside the operating business and works on the verified facts, service boundaries, completed work and category position shaping interpretation and recommendation.

Does APIDA guarantee recommendations?Answer

No. APIDA does not sell rankings or guarantee recommendations, enquiries or revenue from independent platforms. We build and test the evidence those platforms use when interpreting a business.

What is the APIDA 90-Day Programme?Answer

It is APIDA's principal implementation service. Over 90 days, APIDA establishes the baseline, verifies what the business can support, publishes focused improvements, repeats the original questions and completes one refinement.

What does the Founding Pilot cost?Answer

The standard programme is AUD $15,000 + GST total. Selected Founding Pilot businesses receive the complete Programme for AUD $7,500 + GST total, paid as AUD $2,500 + GST per month for three months.

Does applying guarantee acceptance?Answer

No. APIDA confirms business fit, readiness and a practical publication path before offering a proposal. No paid engagement begins until the business accepts that proposal.

Does APIDA require a new website?Answer

No. APIDA normally makes focused improvements to the existing website and agreed profiles. Complete redevelopment, rebranding, unlimited pages and major custom software sit outside the fixed Programme scope.

What is the APIDA Halo?Answer

The APIDA Halo is an additional APIDA-hosted evidence source used when the existing website cannot be changed. It publishes the approved business information and proof developed through the Programme; it does not replace the main website.

What does the business keep after 90 days?Answer

The business keeps the approved copy, proof assets, published improvements, findings and reports, and the prioritised next-stage plan. The work is not temporary dashboard access.

Is a positive testimonial or case study required?Answer

No. A positive testimonial is not required. Applying does not establish permission for APIDA to publish identifiable client results, business material or a case study.

What is the free APIDA Snapshot?Answer

The Snapshot is an automated first-pass check of the homepage and up to four supporting public pages. It is not a score, complete audit, competitor comparison, ranking tracker or promise of recommendation.

How can my business become more visible to AI?Answer

Make it easy to find and easy to understand. Clearly explain what you do, who you help and why your claims are credible. Keep the same facts across your website and official profiles, and support important claims with real work. Visibility creates the opportunity to be considered; clarity and credibility help AI understand whether your business is a good match.

How can my business improve its chances of being cited or recommended by AI?Answer

No one can guarantee an independent AI citation or recommendation. Your best chance is to make important facts clear, support them with genuine evidence, keep public information consistent and earn credible mentions beyond your own website. Then test the real questions customers ask and observe what changes.
